How to Get Involved

Join the Whistler Children’s Centre Board of Directors or Fundraising Committee - The Board of Directors of the Whistler Children’s Centre is a policy board that creates policies and foundations for continuity and future development of our Centre. The Board does not make decisions involving the day to day operational systems or programs in the Centre. The Board meets six – eight times per year. Please email board@whistlerchildren.com if you are interested in becoming a Board member or fundraising committee member.

 

The board is also responsible for spearheading a variety of fundraisers and can always use member’s help.

Support Fundraisers - As a non-profit society the Centre is reliant on donations and fundraising to sustain the high quality of programming while keeping costs affordable. Please consider donating your time or a prize towards the Father Daughter Dance silent auction. For more information on how you can help, please contact the Administration office at 604-932-1119. The Centre is a registered charity and is able to issue tax receipts for cash donations.
