Enrollment

Enrollment is subject to availability. Before a child is accepted & attends the parent/guardian must have:

1. Paid the $25 pre-enrollment fee;
2. Completed the registration forms. (Download Registration Form PDF)
3. Read parent handbook. (Download Parent Handbook)
4. Signed the parent agreement. (Download Parent Agreement)

1. Children currently attending a program and requesting a transfer to another program
2. Siblings of children already in a program at either Centre.
3. Subject to #1,2, children are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, according to the waiting list.
   

Registration

Upon registration of your child into a program at the Centre, you need to return the following documents to the Director of Child Care Services, prior to your child's first day of attendance.

1. Society Annual Membership Form
2. Child Emergency/Consent Card
3. Child Developmental Profile
4. Health and Registration Form
