Enrollment
Enrollment is subject to availability. Before a child is accepted & attends
the parent/guardian must have:
- Paid the $25 pre-enrollment
fee;
- Completed the registration forms. (Download Registration

- Read parent handbook. (Download
Parent Handbook)
- Signed the parent agreement. (Download
Parent Agreement)
Priority for registration will be given to:
- Children currently attending a program and requesting
a transfer to another program
- Siblings of children already in a program at either Centre.
- Subject to #1,2, children are accepted on a first-come,
first-serve basis, according to the waiting list.
Registration
Upon registration of your child into a program at the Centre,
you need to return the following documents to the Director of Child Care Services, prior
to your child's first day of attendance.
- Society Annual Membership Form
- Child Emergency/Consent Card
- Child Developmental Profile
- Health and Registration Form
